Soup of the day ~ Raspberry Collins 😉

Warning ⚠️ This is one dangerous cocktail as it is sooo good! You’ll wanna hit that “save” button & try this one. 🍸 Recipe below 👇🏽

Ingredients
🍸 50ml fresh raspberry puree
🍸 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
🍸 12,5ml sugar syrup
🍸 37,5ml @gunpowder.gin gin
🍸 soda or tonic to top up with

Stir ingredients over crushed ice and top up with soda or tonic. Cheers!

I whipped up this apple pie with 3 ingredients… ready made pastry, apples and a bit of brown sugar. Assemble and pop in the oven to bake. Top it with ice cream and enjoy! 🍎

Last few days of the holidays! I’ve just spend 3 weeks without my son. Missing him like crazy but I realise how much longer food lasts when you don’t have a teen around. 😂 However, cooking for one can be challenging too! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Jazzing up my morning smoothie with @appelsientjenl juice. Love the 🍎 , 🍓& 🍊 combo!

To make this breakfast smoothie:
(Serves 2)

🍓 Appelsientje Proef! 🍎 🍓🍊Blend
🍓 100g Greek Yoghurt
🍓 100g strawberries, frozen
🍓 50g oats
🍓 1 tbsp chia seeds

Pop it all into a blender & blend until smooth. Enjoy!
